Do I have to screen all of my current employees when I sign up or can I just screen new hires?
You do not have to screen all of your current employees. You can just screen new hires. BUT, we recommend that you screen all current employees as well to optimize your workforce and for maximum protection. You will need to have a release on file to screen current employees as well as new employees.
