Alfredo Ramirez - President and Co-Founder

Alfredo co-founded TRUST to fill a quality and support void he found commonly
left by many screening companies at the expense of true protection. He spends most
of his time establishing new accounts for the company, reviewing support
effectiveness and educating the market on the benefits of quality, legally
defensible screening.

Previously Alfredo worked for Deverus, Inc. the leading IT consulting company to
the background screening industry, where he led the company's business IT
consulting division and helped many screening companies utilize technology to
better serve clients, improve data quality and improve turn around time. While
at Deverus, Alfredo's clients processed over 400,000 background checks
per month.

Alfredo has a B.A. in Economics and Business Foundations from the University
of Texas at Austin and has received Safe Hiring Certification.

Jesus Sifuentes - General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Co-Founder

Jesus co-founded TRUST, to bring a higher level of legally
compliant and defensible screening to clients. He spends most of his time
reviewing regulations and ensuring that TRUST continuously offers services
that better protects its clients.

Jesus was formerly an Administrative Law Judge and an Assistant Director of the
Texas Public Utility Commissions General Counsel's office. As a hearings examiner,
Jesus presided over complex contested case proceedings. He has also represented
such clients as Verizon, The University of Texas System, DFW Airport, MCI and
many more.

Mr. Sifuentes has practiced law for the past 20 years and holds both a bachelor of
arts degree from the University of Texas at El Paso with honors and a J.D.
from the University of Texas School of Law. Jesus has received
Safe Hiring Certification.
